Web Hosting: Where appropriate we will use the website hosting company of your choice, as long as you provide us with access codes to upload the website and work on any databases. Unless agreed otherwise the hosting will be owned by you, our client, along with responsibility to renew the services with external hosting companies. And will be charged separately from other services.

Domain name registration: Where appropriate we will use the website domain of your choice, as long as you provide us with access codes to work on the domain. Unless agreed otherwise the domain will be owned by you, our client, along with responsibility to renew the services with external hosting companies. And will be charged separately from other services.

Completion date: We will work to launch the web site on or about the date depending on the time needed to complete the service. Note that the agreed launch date presumes that there are no unforeseen technical issues hindering the development.

Cancellations: The client is entitled to cancel the website design service at any time before the final stage of development starts. This is defined as the time in the project when “Finishing Touches” feedback is requested from the client. The client is entitled to a 70% refund on the monies paid to that point.

Theme License
Our WordPress themes themselves are licensed under the GNU General Public License.
You may use your purchased themes on as many websites as you like.

Update and Compatibility
All WordPress themes sold through our company are always tested to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress. However, Mark Digital Media Ltd can give no guarantee that current versions of our themes will be compatible with previous versions of WordPress, or that previous versions of our themes will be compatible with the current version of WordPress.

Technical & Customer Support is provided through our Support Contacts.
For more specific WordPress support that isn’t related to our themes. You’ll need to ask for help with general WordPress questions here: http://wordpress.org/support/
We are happy to see you modify our themes to fit your needs and we are happy to help, but there is a limit to what we can do. In General if your modification needs more than a couple lines of new code, you will need to contact a developer to assist you.
We’re not able to support third party plug-ins or ensure that every one works properly with our themes.

Warranty
We only guarantee that the themes will function on a clean install of WordPress as advertised. We are not responsible to make the theme function with plug-ins you currently use or will use in future.
