Facebook and Instagram are two of the largest social media networks out there, and even though they are owned by the same man, they are incredibly different.  Facebook has the largest user base in the world, with people of all ages – from 16 to 60, whilst Instagram has much less users, but they have younger users.  Their users average from 16 to 30.

This means that you can choose your audience by choosing your social media.  Instagram also functions more on hashtags, that Facebook doesn’t really implement, and draws viewers to your pages.
